The Art Director will lead the visual direction of a brand campaign, ensuring the work feels cohesive, elevated and grounded in the brand’s science-backed, premium positioning. This position will also  partner closely with the project leads to translate strategy into strong visual executions across Instagram, TikTok and broader campaign needs.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the visual direction of the campaign from concept through execution
  • Translate strategy into bold, thoughtful creative across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond
  • Oversee a range of outputs—from social static and motion to OOH and physical extensions
  • Lead designers and motion artists, giving clear, actionable feedback that elevates the creative
  • Push ideas further—refining concepts and raising the bar at every stage
  • Ensure everything is on-brand, on-brief, and crafted to a high level of finish
  • Solve visual problems quickly and thoughtfully as they arise

What you bring:

  • A strong point of view and a sharp eye for design, composition, and storytelling
  • Experience leading multi-channel campaigns (social, motion, brand systems, etc.)
  • A portfolio that shows both concept and craft
  • The ability to think systemically while still sweating the details
  • Confidence leading creatives and collaborating across teams
